DAGMAR

MARTECH STRATEGIST

I advise clients on strategic data, privacy and marketing technology topics, with a focus on responsible, compliant and business-driven use of first-party customer data. This includes data strategy, consent and preference management, personalisation, CDP architecture and marketing automation. I help organisations align technology choices with regulatory requirements (GDPR, ePrivacy, emerging EU regulation) and customer expectations.

My role combines strategic advisory work with very hands-on support in getting new capabilities live. I am used to taking on new problem areas quickly and acting as a subject matter lead towards the client.

I actively work with AI in practice (analysis, concepting, internal tooling, light agent-style automation) and contribute to Dagmar’s AI working group as well as our sustainability working group, where we develop ethical, transparent and future-proof data use. I am also a member of IAB Finland’s Data & Martech working group.

2020 - 2022

HELEN

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

At Helen, I was responsible for developing a customer-centric omnichannel approach that balanced customer experience with commercial targets. I drove the omnichannel model across the organisation by combining service design, customer data, marketing technology (MarTech & AdTech), and ePrivacy principles under shared KPIs.

I was accountable for defining the future state of our omnichannel and MarTech environment. As part of this work I piloted a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to build a unified digital customer profile across touchpoints, enabling real-time use of customer data in multiple use cases. This included work on segmentation, digital customer journeys and personalisation.

I also led the renewal of Helen’s marketing automation for both B2B and B2C and its connection to CRM. In addition, I worked on consent and preference management and dataprivacy to ensure that data-driven development stayed compliant and transparent.

In my position, I was constantly exploring new ways of utilising digitalisation to find new business opportunities. I was responsible for overseeing and developing digital strategies, concepts and technology platforms with a high focus on customer experience. These executions and projects included marketing technology, websites, e-commerce, data and analytics, customer segmentation, content and touchpoint strategy, marketing automation and digital KPI’s. I would call myself an enabler who ensured that cross-functional stakeholders can execute their digital-related jobs in an optimal way. Other areas of my daily responsibilities included analytics, SEO, SEM and online advertising. I was also in charge of visual (photo and video) content production with the in-house team and external partners.

As a Digital Media Manager, I was in charge of the development of Ifolor’s Nordic websites. My responsibilities included strategic planning for the Nordic social media presence, video and inspirational content. Web analysis, site optimization, SEO & SEM were also a part of my regular work routines.

Freelancer consultant whenever updates, improvements, development or consulting was needed. This included planning new online services, building new sites, adding and updating content to a plentitude of different sites owed by Arena Center. Web data analysis, SEO and SEM consultancy were also a part of the services I provided.

I worked as a webmaster with the responsibility of airline company Blue1’s websites for 7 countries.  Much of the work included handling projects with owner Scandinavian Airlines, in-house stakeholders, third party and ancillary providers.
