GENERIC EXPERIENCE

I am an experienced senior digital business professional used to driving change and stakeholder management in versatile projects in digital channels. I have a deep understanding of marketing technology strategy and business needs. I am used to being the person between different stakeholders, managing, clarifying, explaining and collaborating to get everyone on board and see the common goals. I also have extensive experience in executing various hands-on projects.

Because of my extensive and versatile work experience, education, and passion for marketing technology, I can run and lead large and complicated projects and programs. I see the big picture and understand when the small details can be important. With these capabilities, I am adding value to the organisation and the management by increasing digital understanding driving digital business and transformation.

I have worked in digital roles long enough to understand the requirements for a customer-focused digital approach. As an engineer, I have a solid understanding of technological requirements. I know what to expect and demand from agencies and various in-house stakeholders for smooth workflows. I have good insight into current and future digital trends, also from a technical point of view. Therefore, I know what is required for everything to work smoothly in a modern organisation focused on a strong online and digital presence. These skills are very handy when understanding and inspiring different stakeholders. I am the person in the middle who understands and speaks the language of IT and business.

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

I have led, launched and developed numerous digital services, websites and apps during my career. Therefore, I know how to communicate between different stakeholders and understand their needs and how to achieve business objectives. Because of my experience, I have confidence in how to achieve results in the short and long term.

Besides web development, e-commerce has always played an important part in what I have been working on, but it is not the only area of focus since it has been one of the channels to consider in the big picture. Customer experience, UX and UI design have been important aspects of my responsibilities in web management. Marketing automation, analytics, segmentation, SEO, SEM, online advertising and social media have been a part of my daily work. I understand the importance and how to implement customer journeys, digital touchpoints and content strategy.

My background in content creation as a web & graphic designer gives me a solid and practical understanding of content production workflows and how digital services should be designed with the end-user in mind.

I am an enabler in developing new solutions to ensure different stakeholders can perform their jobs at their best. I ensure that cross-functional projects and activities with internal stakeholders and external partners are executed with the optimal outcomes for the organisation and reach their goals within the allocated budget.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS - DIGITAL MANAGER - PAULIG

At Paulig, I was involved in many digitalisation projects as a Digital Manager. I brought the digital agenda to Paulig’s management team and led a change project where the business implications of digital transformation in the digital and online channels were mapped out. Based on this, we understood how a digital strategy with relevant concepts and marketing technology will lead to a better
omnichannel customer experience in B2C and B2B environments.

At Paulig, I was in charge of launching and developing the international paulig.com website. I was also responsible for the strategic and technical
development of the Coffee Moments app.

Some of the digital strategy projects I would like to mention are online customer journeys, future marketing technology architecture, Customer Data Platform (CDP/CRM), UX design, marketing automation, and a service design project on how to direct traffic on Paulig’s B2C and B2B websites.

One of my proudest achievements was an online segmentation tool and concept I developed for Paulig, which enabled us to collect, use, and act on more precise customer data.

PREVIOUS ROLE - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HELEN

At Helen, I was developing a customer-centric approach to meet the requirements of a modern omnichannel environment where the customer is in focus, but the business drivers are also considered. This included driving an omnichannel approach across the organisation by utilising service design, customer data, technology (MarTech & AdTech) and ePrivacy principles while keeping the focus on common KPIs. I was also responsible for developing the future omnichannel and MarTech environment. To accomplish this, I was responsible for projects such as a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to create a digital customer profile in various touchpoints.

This enabled Helen to utilise versatile customer data in real-time in various use cases. This concept included various other exciting projects such as digital customer journeys, segmentation, ePrivacy and consent management. Other project responsibilities were the renewal of Helen’s marketing automation.

CURRENT ROLE - MARTECH STRATEGIST - DAGMAR

In my current position as a strategist in an agency, I am focusing on transforming how customer data can be used in a trusted and compliant manner in the future. In addition to consented customer data strategies, I help customers with various technology projects such as CDPs. I am looking into the development of regulation, change in consumer behaviour and upcoming technology to handle the shift to first-party data. AI, innovation processes and service design are some of the other skills I use in client projects.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND STUDIES

I want to keep educating myself and stay a few steps ahead of the development in the digital world. I have been working for a long time in roles where I have been responsible for developing customer-centric services at different digital touchpoints. My strength is bringing business and technology closer to each other with a strong privacy focus; this is where I also see myself in the future. I want to work in a role where I can focus on privacy-related issues, sustainable customer data and service design principles to develop better customer experiences throughout various channels.

FUTURE AMBITIONS

I aim to use my versatile background and skills to become a privacy, data management, and sustainability expert. This is a field that requires diverse and broad-based skills and experience. It is also a constantly evolving field, and it is customer-centric and implemented correctly to support sustainable values, which is why it motivates me greatly.
